Fair terms for your next move.

By using KnownIn, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a binding agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Provide accurate account information and protect your session, API keys and connected-client credentials. You control the clients you authorize and the access they receive. API keys may grant broad account access; OAuth scopes are shown during consent. Actions by those clients can change records in your workspace. Revoke credentials or connections in Settings when no longer needed.

Revocation stops future access with those credentials. It does not remove information already copied into an external service or its memory.

You retain your rights in the content you supply. You grant KnownIn the limited permission needed to store, process, render and return that content to operate the service, including display on an optional public card when you enable it. We do not sell workspace content or train our own models on it. AI and other service providers handle data under their applicable terms, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having permission to store third-party contact details, hiring excerpts and other material. Saving a source link does not transfer ownership of the source material.

• Do not impersonate others or present invented skills, experience, qualifications or achievements as your own.
• Do not use KnownIn for spam, harassment, unlawful data collection or outreach that ignores a do-not-contact restriction.
• Do not upload unlawful or infringing content, expose other people’s sensitive data without a valid reason, or misuse credentials.
• Do not access another account, bypass security or capacity limits, disrupt the service or misrepresent a submission or send confirmation.

KnownIn uses Google Gemini for hosted chat parsing and resume tailoring. Connected assistants may also generate content and upload PDFs using their own models and tools. Validation and profile-grounding help reduce unsupported claims, but do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, ATS compatibility, a match score or an employment outcome.

Review your facts, fit reports, learning gaps, drafts and final PDF before relying on or sharing them. A learning gap is not a verified qualification. An assistant-uploaded PDF can be preserved as its exact supplied artifact; KnownIn does not independently verify every statement inside that file. A resume selected for a conversation is not proof that it was attached to an external message.

Applications can include Planned opportunities as well as confirmed submissions. Researching a job, preparing a resume, copying a message or contacting a recruiter does not mean an application was submitted. Submission status and outreach history depend on the confirmation you or your authorized workflow supplies.

The Networking workspace stores contacts, identity sources, dated hiring evidence, job-linked conversations, drafts, resume choices and reported activity. A profile lookup does not establish identity or hiring activity. Evidence older than 14 days is flagged for rechecking; this does not establish that a vacancy closed.

You review and send outreach yourself on the external service. KnownIn does not automatically send LinkedIn messages, invitations, posts or comments, monitor inboxes, scrape people or schedule follow-up messages. Follow-up dates are workspace records. Respect restrictions and the external service’s rules. Networking outreach does not change a job’s application status.

Current features, prices, allowances and refresh schedules are described on the Pricing page and in Settings. Free and Pro use shared weekly capacity for hosted AI operations. Ordinary networking storage, job tracking and PDF exports do not consume AI-capacity units; hosted resume tailoring and job packs retain their applicable charges.

Paid subscriptions are recurring and processed by Razorpay. Review the currency, price and interval shown at checkout. Paid access follows verified subscription status, not just a browser success callback. Features or prices may change with notice where required. A Free plan is offered under its current published limits, without a promise that its terms will remain unchanged indefinitely.

Contact support@devstudiolabs.in for subscription cancellation or billing assistance. Account deletion also attempts to cancel an active subscription before completing deletion. Access and cancellation timing depend on the confirmed subscription state. Contact support to confirm the effective cancellation date and any remaining access.

Fees are non-refundable, including partial billing periods, except where applicable law requires otherwise or a refund is expressly agreed. Cancellation and refund requests are different actions. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights.

KnownIn connects to services such as Firebase, Google Gemini, Vercel, Upstash and Razorpay, and to the AI clients you authorize. External research, browser access, file generation and job-portal capabilities depend on your client. Their availability and terms may change. KnownIn is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn and does not guarantee access to any external platform.

You can request permanent account deletion in Settings. The service removes workspace and authentication data when the deletion workflow succeeds, and reports failures for retry or support. Export data and download files you need first. Copies already shared with recipients, external assistants or public caches cannot be recalled through KnownIn deletion.

We may restrict or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service, with notice where reasonably possible.

KnownIn is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accurate AI output, current vacancies, replies, interviews, employment, search rankings or other outcomes. Review information before acting on it. These disclaimers apply only to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KnownIn is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including job-search outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We update the date when these terms change and provide additional notice where required. Review current terms when using new features or renewing a subscription.

KnownIn is operated by DevStudioLabs (sole proprietorship), Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Questions: support@devstudiolabs.in.
