Can I use MCP and the API on Free?

Yes. The full KnownIn MCP toolset is available on Free. Ordinary profile reads and writes do not use AI capacity; creating a complete hosted job pack uses five units.

What is a complete job pack?

One job pack gives you one profile-grounded tailored resume and its job-fit report with score, strengths, and gaps. It uses five AI-capacity units. PDF exports are included and do not use additional capacity.

What does the application tracker do?

It keeps each opportunity together: company, role, job link, resume used, fit score, notes, follow-up, and stage from Planned through Offer. It does not discover jobs or submit applications automatically, and tracking does not use AI capacity.

When does AI capacity refresh?

Free and Pro capacity refresh every Monday at 00:00 UTC. If you reach the limit, your profile, public card, saved records, PDFs, application tracker, and ordinary connected profile tools remain available.

What does Pro add?

Pro is built for an active search. It raises the shared weekly allowance from 10 to 50 AI-capacity units and uses the higher-quality Gemini Pro model for job tailoring.

Does networking send messages or check LinkedIn for me?

No. A connected assistant can research with its available tools and prepare sourced contacts, Planned jobs and message drafts. You review, copy, choose a resume and send on LinkedIn yourself, then record sends and replies. KnownIn does not monitor your inbox or send scheduled follow-ups. Networking records do not use AI capacity.

Can I leave with my data?

Yes. Export your account data from Settings at any time, revoke connected API keys independently, or permanently delete your account.
